WHAT: Our programs include

• Local Sports Training - We prepare you for a college/professional sports career
• Local Fitness Training - We help you to acheive your health goals
• Internet Training* - We set you up with customized diets, workouts, and routines to be completed in your local exercise facility. In addition to the initial programs, we monitor your progress, providing incentives for completed workout "homework." Because you are a team member, you may send Coach Danny up to two e-mails per month detailing your progress, questions and concerns, to which he will respond promptly. Additionally, you will be matched with one of our certified trainers who will be available for motivation, accountability, and question answering. Basically, our Internet Training package is a great way to start heading in the right direction and enjoy expert help along the way! *There is a $29/month fee for this service. HOW: Simply CLICK HERE , fill out the assesment form, and you will hear back from us on how to get started. You will not be charged for sending in the assesment form - it is simply for us to determine the best potential programs for you.

WHEN: You may begin the Internet program at any time of the year. If you will be training with us locally, please contact us at (229) 226-2220 to set up an appointment with a member of our administration team.

WHERE: The Internet programs can be done in any training facility approriate to the program, such as a YMCA, high school football field, or home gym. Most of the local programs will be done in the Next Level Training Gym or other local facilities. In the case of local fitness and sports training, use of said facilities is included in costs.
